~ Lime Wash Technique With Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® ~

To duplicate the look of this dresser...make a lime wash
with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint®.
I would paint the entire dresser with color French Linen.
Use color Louis Blue for the lime wash
and Annie's Clear and Dark Waxes for the finish.

Take one of the 35 colors of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® and
dilute with 30-50% water to make a lime wash.
Brush lime wash on your piece of furniture or floor...
wipe off extra wash with a lint free rag.
Distress with sand paper where you like.
Seal with Annie Sloan Soft Wax or
Annie's Floor Lacquer.

  2. I have an old varnished pine table top. Do I have to use a course sander before I add the paint to lime wash it?
