~ Fancy Gutter Spout Used As Planter ~

Good morning everyone.
I found these fabulous gutter spouts at a local hide out of mine.
Aren't they just beautiful...I had to have them.
They stayed in the greenhouse which is really not a greenhouse anymore
but a storage space for all my vintage finds...like corbels, old garden
pieces, vintage wood, old architectural finds.  I think I am a very happy
garden hoarder...hahaha!!!

I walked around the yard with the gutter pieces in hand trying to find a place
to use them as planters.  Finally, after about half and hour of searching,
it dawned on me to screw them to the huge pecan tree on the side yard.
I apologized to the pecan tree for putting holes in her...but she looks
so pretty with plants hanging on her side.
I planted two types of daisies...the purple is an annual
and the yellow is a perennial.

I'm cleaning up the yard and starting to plant getting ready
for the McKinney Garden Tour,
You won't want to miss this tour!!!
Eight beautiful yards and homes will be on the tour including
my garden and home.
Hope to see you at the tour!!!
