~ English Kitchen Cabinet Goes White ~

We really like the white cabinet versus the stained look.  This was a time consuming project...one coat of oil base primer and two coats of paint.  Plus the doors slide on wood glides not metal ones and as I painted the glides the doors would not slide properly.  So I took off the doors, sanded the glides and put the doors back on.  I will need to touch up where the paint chipped.  We love it!!!  See more in the Before & After section.

    1. Hi there, Love your white cabnet. I have a big hutch, table and 6 chairs I would love to have white. It's such a big job though and I don't know if I'm really up to it. You inspire me though.

    10. Oh my I LOVE your wallpaper!!! What a cozy, rich atmosphere. Sometimes dining rooms are rather stiff and cold. This is a room I would want to spend a lot of time in.

    13. Very nice job. I did this a few years ago to a very dark hutch, and it was a lot of work, but It was so worth it. I love it white. Yours looks great, and you will probably always love it too!
