Wow what a job...we had no idea how much time and energy laying the patio would take. It ended measuring 13' X 23'. Mr. Sweetie out did himself. Now it is time to finish the flower beds, crushed granite sidewalks, complete the fireplace/mantel and decorate with patio furniture...more to follow.
Thanks for stopping by!

looks like it was well worth the hard work...
ReplyDeleteWow, you counted the bricks. I was more interested in your thriving plants. You've got both structure (bricks), and soft(plants) together, so you cannot go wrong--you have the essential yin-yang balance to make a harmonious space.
ReplyDeleteBest,

I know it is back-breaking work, but it sure is nice. I love your yard and this is going to be great!!
ReplyDeleteLots of work there! Great job...can't wait to see the results and decorated with the patio furntiture!~Patti
ReplyDeleteYou did such a lovely job! It takes a lot of work, but I really think it paid off! If you're looking for furniture you should take a look at The Sportsman's Guide. They have a Lawn & Patio page that has all kinds of fun stuff to spruce up the backyard! My wife and I got an outdoor fireplace( I noticed you were making one) over there and a bunch of other great stuff like a hammock for me to nap in!
