My name is Karla Ritchey, AKA Lady Butterbug. I live in the beautiful historic district of McKinney, TX. So glad you are a visitor to my blog. I am passionate about interior design, gardening and junkin'. I have been the Texas stockist of Chalk Paint® Decorative Paint by Annie Sloan since April 2011. I am a retired high school teacher of 29 years. My Annie Sloan painting workshops allow me to fulfill my passion for teaching.

My quirky shoppe is located in a 1920 filling station in historic McKinney, TX. The shoppe is open three days a month for the Lady Butterbug Pop Up Vintage Market. Open Thursday - Saturday...before the third Monday of each month. The shoppe, gravel yard and Maude cottage are filled with gift items, home decor, vintage finds, architectural finds and so much more.
